Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Rivermark. By connecting a business system, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to that account and its data.
The service
Rivermark provides decision-support analysis. Findings, forecasts, and recommendations are estimates—not guarantees of revenue, recovery, causation, or business outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions and actions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, upload unlawful data, or use Rivermark to violate another person's rights.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are not yet self-serve. Any pilot or paid service is governed by its signed order form, including price, term, cancellation, and refund terms. The public website does not currently charge a card.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Rivermark disclaims implied warranties and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
