Privacy Policy
Rivermark analyzes business-system data that a customer authorizes through OAuth. We request read-only access and use that data only to provide the requested scan, monitoring, recommendations, and outcome reporting.
Data we process
- Connected CRM records required for the analysis.
- OAuth credentials, encrypted and restricted to operating the connection.
- Minimal first-party usage events only after analytics consent.
- Support information you choose to send us.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or use one customer's confidential records to train cross-customer models without explicit permission.
Retention and control
Customers can revoke HubSpot access at any time. Contact privacy@rivermark.ai to request access, correction, export, or deletion. We retain operational records only as long as needed to provide and secure the service or meet legal obligations.
Security and transfers
Rivermark uses HTTPS, scoped OAuth, access controls, and managed infrastructure. Service providers may process data in other jurisdictions under contractual safeguards.
